Casual Accuracy Solutions sells firearms accessories only. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or controlled items requiring transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), unless explicitly stated.
All products are intended for lawful purposes only. Improper use, modification, or misuse of any product may result in serious injury or death.
You assume all responsibility for the safe, lawful, and proper use of any product purchased from us.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We ship using common carriers such as USPS. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Casual Accuracy Solutions is not responsible for:

Packages lost or damaged after transfer to the carrier

Errors due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
