The perfect stock for the Springfield Kuna. Get rid of bulky attachment options with the direct mount collapsing stock. Stows away nice and small but quickly deploys to provide a very ergonomic feel and increased stability.
Constructed out of stainless steel and carbon fiber reinforced nylon it is built to go the distance. Bringing your Kuna to just under 16" when collapsed it disappears into just about any bag providing you with compact firepower wherever you need it.
After a short break in period deployment will be very smooth. Keep the metal rails well lubricated with your favorite dry lubricant to ensure smooth function.

I had already bought a side folding 1913 mount stock when I saw this. Have a similar but much more expensive stock on a MP5 clone. This style is better in every way then a side fold and simple install with clear instructions. My dry lube as recommended is already ordered. Less room in safe, instant deploy...
PROS:
1 Stock pad is actually very small and comfortable. Enables excellent seating in shoulder pocket without sacrificing function.
2 Reacquiring targets after firing is very fast. Pad stays securely in pocket.
3 Position stays are impressively easy to manipulate (except for fully collapsed position) and provide solid hold under rapid fire. No position slipping.
4 Provides more variance for LOP than stock options.
5 Strangely enough, I found all positions of the stock to be comfortable for me to shoot with. The shortest position felt strange at first since the whole package (including you) become tiny. But after running a few mags, it is very easy to drive the gun with control in close quarters, even with a long can mounted. As the target heads out, the longer LOP stays become very useful.
6 Changing a position stay while engaged is one-hand easy with a little bit of extra practice.
CONS:
1 At full collapse, stock is incredibly difficult to open. This is in part due to a new stock and unworn parts still breaking in. They are properly lubed. But it is also because the plate where the rail is bolted to the rear portion of the stock is very slightly narrower than the slots on the gun mounted portion of the stock. At full collapse, this causes the rails to slightly splay out from the body of the gun about 1/4" on the left and slightly more at 3/8" on the right. At the time of writing this, the stock has eased off about 50% of the resistance to opening. The remaining resistance I attribute to the width variations. But will see if minor sanding in select locations can ease the rest off.
2 The stock mounting plate is able to rotate approximately 1/8" side to side while mounted. There in no play on the OEM back plate. This is minor as most stocks of this design are like this. Similar to underfolding stocks for AKs. There is just a dash of inherent play to get used to. It fires securely and accurately. Complaint has no validity in terms of accuracy, safety, or overall use of stock. Just whining.
Overall this is a fantastic upgrade from the brace it came with. (SBR paperwork completed and approved) There are other stock options out there, even other collapsers of this style. But this one provides a design specifically for the Kuna and does it markedly well.
It is priced reasonably and worth every penny.
